I see my body as a constantly evolving "laboratory" for exploration and experimentation. With a present and enlivened body, we can foster a truthful connection between three key "universes": the Self, the Environment, and the Transcendent.
Over the years, learning from Sensitive Body Harmonisation (with Jean-Paul Ressiguier), Global Postural Reeducation (with Philipe Souchard), and with insights from medieval philosophy and silent retreats, I developed MIS [Movimento Integrativo do Ser].
MIS is a body method that focuses on integrating the body by connecting its parts through posture exercises. I emphasize respecting each physical function's purpose, linking movements with mindfulness and material consciousness. This process brings new organization and understanding to the body, revealing the subjective experience and vital energy of each physical part.
